Brazilian Sugar — Structured Transactions, Defined Commercial Terms

The Culmination Group is developing transactions in Brazilian sugar, including ICUMSA 45 white refined sugar and raw varieties such as ICUMSA 600, ICUMSA 1200, and VHP. In each transaction, TCG's commercial role, purchase price, resale price, title-transfer terms, and settlement rights are defined in the relevant agreements.

ICUMSA 45 is a refined white sugar specification. Raw sugar varieties (ICUMSA 600, 1200, VHP) are distinct products with different specifications and end uses. Any supply arrangement is subject to independent inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas and full documentation including certificate of origin and quality analysis.

TCG does not describe itself primarily as a broker or intermediary. Qualified buyers and sellers are invited to submit an inquiry. All counterparties are subject to KYC and AML review prior to any transaction proceeding.
